CreateTopLevelWindow<TWindow>(NDocumentBoxSurface) Method

Creates a top-level window of the specified type, and adds it to the Windows collection of the specified documentBoxSurface. If documentBoxSurface is null, the window is added to the NApplication.Desktop.Windows collection.
